Named after Cardinal Wolsey, Bishop of Lincoln from 1514 to 1515, the Cardinals hat situated at the top of Lincoln High street is a great place to grab a drink either having descending the City’s Steep Hill or getting the courage to ascend it! Its’ mix of historic and modern decor reflects the history of this Grade II listed building dating back to the 15th century. There are many rooms in which to enjoy the multitude of drinks on offer.
