The pub is comfortably modernised and food is served throughout. There is a bar area at the front which incorporates an oddly-located dart board in what is the main drinking area. It also has a completely separate bar with a pool table. To the rear is a lower-level extension and conservatory to create a lounge and dining area. There are TVs everywhere often showing different programmes. There is a substantial outdoor covered smoking area and a pleasant patio to the rear is popular in good weather. Also in that area are three dining pods. The pub has a constantly changing guest beer and Draught Bass still features regularly. There is an extensive food menu.
