Micropub established in 2018. The interior has modern decor, a relaxed atmosphere and a growing clientele of locals and passing trade. The owners have established a reputation for well conditioned ales from UK micro-breweries and also from their own brewery based in the village centre - although brewing here was paused in 2025. The casks are stillaged within temperature-controlled cabinets behind the servery, and there is also a range of craft kegs and cans. Food includes home-made sandwiches, plus cakes and coffee. An outside seating area with heaters and a retractable roof is a popular addition. The nearest bus stops are at Co-operation Street in the village centre (about 10 minutes walk).
