Welcoming friendly locals' pub, located in a quiet street to the west of the centre of this historic market town. A beer festival is held over the local carnival weekend in June each year. Dogs are welcome. The pub is owned by Wells & Co of Bedford, and beers, including a cask ale are supplied from the company's 'Brewpoint' brewery.
