The House of Darwin is a welcoming pub which supports community life with something for everyone. The pub interior is basically one large L-shaped room with raised areas to the front and many arched walls which successfully splits the main room. The pub has a lot of wooden decoration giving it a rustic feel. The main room is complimented by an upstairs area at the front of the pub. Although family friendly the layout also allows quiet areas. The pub has a good sized grassy garden, ideal for those with children and an outside smoking area separate from the garden. There is a large outdoor seating area to the side and rear of the pub on decking. The pub changed ownership in July 2017.
