The pub sits back from the road on its own plot but on a steep gradient. Entrance brings you to the end of the copper topped bar. There is a large room to the right of the entrance which has its own satellite bar. Two self-contained can be found off the corridor opposite the bar. There is a further room behind the bar which is not immediately obvious. At the end of the corridor and past the kitchen a covered walkway lead from the pub building to the toilet block, either side of which is a large grassed area for good weather drinking.
