The Dronfield Arms became Dronfield's first brewpub when a brewery kit was installed downstairs in the former restaurant in 2015. This is on display to customers through a glass panel in the floor of the main bar. The original brewery name was Hopjacker. It has been replaced by the Temper Brewery which first brewed in late 2021.

The Arms features a very long bar with the real ale dispensed at the top end, which has a large, comfortable seating area. Also on the bar are several keg fonts including KeyKeg. Small blackboards above the handpulls very helpfully provide ABV, price, full description, and vegan and gluten-free status.

There is an outside raised seating area at the rear of the pub adjacent to the car park.

Pizza Pi are set up in the car park and serve pizzas Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm until 9pm for consumption in the pub or to take away.

All cask ale £3.20 per pint Monday to Friday 3pm to 5pm.

Please note if using the car park that patrons must enter their car registration number inside the pub in order to avoid a parking charge.
