This is the smaller of the two Wetherspoon pubs in the town, close to the Crooked Spire. The interior is spacious and modern, divided into separate areas. It can get very busy at weekends. Sport TV and games machines feature. Patio at back of pub is split for smoking and non-smoking, popular in the summer. Public parking is close by. Serves three regular beers and a good range of up to seven guest beers.
