Brew Cavern is a specialist craft beer bottle shop and bar stocking the best local, national & international craft beer, bottle conditioned real ale, fine cider and natural wine. 3 cask ales include their regular Buxton Brewery Best and two changing guests and 10 keg lines. Their mission is to source the very best selection of hard to find speciality beers from around the globe, showcasing new craft brewers whilst paying homage to beer’s lengthy history by stocking bottles from more traditional breweries, with a big focus on lambic. They're also fans of keeping it local and this is reflected in the range of beers from brewers across the East Midlands. It’s not all about beer though, as they do have a modest selection of fine cider & natural wine from the UK and further afield, with an emphasis on organic, low intervention and spontaneous fermentation.
