This superbly-run pub is tucked away in the back streets, but well worth finding. Purpose-built in 1887 by Pountain, Girardot & Forman, welcomes a friendly band of locals and visitors. It features three traditional rooms with real fireplaces, a pool table, darts, and a rear yard. The cozy Offilers lounge is filled with brewery memorabilia, perfect for savouring beers brewed on-site. Note that this is a cash only establishment.
