The Kings Head is situated on the main road in Duffield on the right as you leave the village. It consists of one large bar split into several areas. A raised area on the south side forms a saloon type area, There is a restaurant room at the back. To the side of the pub is a secluded outside area. The pub was the subject of a comprehensive rebuild in early 2026.
