A former restaurant, the Glass Orchid re-opened under the One Union Pub Company in 2024 and then underwant a significant refurbishment and expansion, re-opening in February 2026 as Glass & Co. An eclectic designed venue with a large front bar area and numerous seating areas. Glass & Co. is a bar and restaurant rooted in modern British cooking, shaped by seasonal rhythm and Italian sensibility. The kitchen is led by Henrik Horvath and Simon Shardlow, whose backgrounds in fine dining bring precision to a menu that stays informal and generous. Offering up to six rotating ales, which will include local breweries and an extensive drinks menu. A new mezzanine floor to the right of the bar is due to open.
