The Cosy Club is a venue right in the center of Derby, which opened in April 2016 after extensive refurbishment. The gorgeous space dates back to 1837 having formerly been the Royal Hotel, which closed in 1951. The building has been restored with large floor to ceiling windows encompassing the whole venue, offering a relaxing drinking and dining experience whether you are in the bar or restaurant. On entering at the top of the stairs, you have a bar area in which to enjoy a drink. Further along the hallway, it opens up to allow you to dine underneath the beautiful chandeliers hung from the high ceilings in the very grand dining room, which was the former banqueting suite.
